| IFEC celebrated its 50th anniversary at the 2006 annual conference in Chicago,
November 14-16. Highlights included a retro-Hollywood themed evening where
Lucille Ball, two Mouseketeers and a couple of Marilyn Monroes were among the
guests. Don Odiorne won the Betty (IFEC's Oscar), and a kilted Tom O'Brien
announced that the scholarship auction he chaired brought in a record $40,000. |
